I have been a full-time Realtor since 2004 in the Northwest Arkansas area. My husband, Tim Permenter and I,
moved back to Fayetteville in 2001, when Tim retired after 22 years as Navy SEAL, to help care for my parents . We
live in the country with our 11 rescue dogs and are very active in animal welfare and environmental causes. Tim is a
builder and also operates a firearm training facility, www.tridenttacticalshooting.com teaching concealed carry and
advanced training courses. We enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, horseback riding and everything our beautiful
Ozark Mountains have to offer.
