Thanks Ellen We so often see superlatives heaped on the mediocre that it becomes difficult to single out a truly top drawer act. Ellen is one of those who deserve to be signled out.She excelled at the things one would hope for, such as listening to my interest and showing appropriate properties rather than trying to convince me to buy one of her personal listings. She pointed out good and bad features, physical and financial of every piece we viewed. When we found just the right place she took over every detail and worry, so all I had to do was sign a few pieces of paper.But what made her unique among agents I've dealt with over the years were three things. First, I was absolutely convinced that when we were working together, there was nothing more important, nothing more interesting to her than my quest. Second, every time I mentioned a property I'd seen, she immediately was able to tell me details of it, including price and condition. This deep knowledge of the market was something I'd not experienced before. And thirdly, I spent one afternoon looking at properties with her, but then could not relocate as planned.
